Adam started Newstead in 2023 after being an agent for over a decade as he wanted to improve the overall customer service in the industry at the same time as giving brokers the acknowledgement that they deserve. His vision is therefore to grow the company organically and ethically in a way that allows just that.

With over 15 years experience, his career started in 2009 at a large corporate agency in the UK, where he quickly became a senior advisor. He then went on to join a new local and independent agency where he gained a vast amount of experience in a startup environment. Working in both types of environments has provided him with a unique blend of hands-on experience and skills.

Since moving to Dubai in 2018, Adam has continued to build on his experience as he expanded into international markets and now has a vast knowledge of the international residential sales market, and prides himself on giving honest and factual advice to his clients to ensure that they make the right decisions for themselves.
